Welcome to our fabulous new website!

Many thanks to Brandon and Erica Wilson for reigning us in and getting us up and running. The Sweeties have had their hands full in the last couple of months with new adventures in their lives. Sofia had her first baby last October and is quickly learning about parenthood. Kerstin recently began the Integrated Nutrition Program and is traveling to New York monthly for classes. Look for some healthy treats to be added to our offerings this spring!
